Tremco CPG Europe acquires Winco Technologies
Winco Technologies SAS (Wincotech), a leading supplier of non-combustible roofing and cladding films in France and the rest of Europe becomes part of Tremco CPG Europe.
With this acquisition, Tremco CPG Europe accelerates its strategy to become a leading provider of building envelope solutions and strengthens its position in facade and roofing films. The Wincotech portfolio expands Tremco CPG Europe's offering of non-combustible films for interior and exterior applications in Europe and internationally. The extensive know-how and long experience of Wincotech product development, will continue to drive this area with innovations in the future.
As part of Tremco CPG Europe, Wincotech and its employees will continue to be managed by Éric Faubry. Existing customer relationships will continue to be managed by Wincotech and further expanded through the merger with Tremco CPG Europe and its distribution partners.
